Custom House Illustrations

Looking to capture your house, cottage, or property in an illustration? Maybe looking for a super-personal gift for a loved one or friend? A custom illustration is the perfect way to celebrate the spaces we love!

My house illustrations are hand-drawn and coloured using digital tools (a.k.a. my iPad and Apple Pencil!) They typically take between 3-9 hours to illustrate, depending on the complexity of the property and architecture.

I love to add personal touches to these designs – bicycles, flower pots in the windows, pets, and more. Add in reference photos for any personal items you’d like included!

How It Works

If you’d like to commission a custom house illustration from me, here’s how the process works:

  1. You fill out the form below.
  2. I will reach out to confirm your order, and send you an invoice for the project. Invoice must be paid before I start illustrating!
  3. I will give you an expected completion date and then begin the project.
  4. Once completed, I will email you the digital file for your project, and post any physical add-ons that you’ve selected.
  5. The project is done! You can frame your illustration and enjoy it, or wrap it up as a gift.

How Quickly Will I Get My Illustration?

Typical turnaround is within 1-2 weeks. This will really depend on how many other illustrations are in the queue ahead of yours!

If you need your illustration done in a rush, email me directly (hello@luckysproutstudio.com) for expedited pricing.

How Can I Use My Illustration?

Your custom illustration is licensed for personal use. This means you can do whatever you like with it – print and hang it at home, put it on custom stationary, use it on social media, whatever! – as long as it isn’t for commercial use.

If you want to use your custom illustration for commercial use (i.e. to sell as a print, including it in a book, using it in an advertisement, etc.) then ask me about commercial licensing!

Since your illustration is custom-made, you won’t see it for sale in my shop. It might be included in my portfolio, though, if I have your permission (and this would not include the physical address).
